How do I see or download what you hold about me?

Go to You, then Your data, export and delete, then See and export everything. You get a copy of everything the app holds about you, with no need to write to us.

How do I delete my Ritual OS account?

In the app, go to You, then Your data, export and delete, then Delete my account, then Delete for good. It's one confirmation, and it's for good. You can save a copy of your data first. If Apple or Google Play handles your membership, cancel it there first, because deleting your account doesn't cancel it.

Your account and everything in it are removed from our live systems at once, and copies in our backups are gone within 30 days. Your journal is wiped from your phone too. If you paid through Stripe, your membership ends and you won't be charged again. A record of a purchase stays, with nothing that links it to you, so a refund can still be matched.

No longer have the app? Email privacy@thewiredape.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Ritual OS account". We delete the account and everything in it within 7 days and reply when it's done. Backup copies follow within 30 days.
